Mike
Kehoe joined the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission
in May 2005. His term expires in March 2011.
Kehoe
owns and operates auto dealerships in Jefferson City and
Columbia. He is a member of the Executive Committee
of the Missouri Automobile Dealers Association and the Central
Missouri United Way. He also served as chairman of
the board of directors of the Jefferson City Chamber of
Commerce, and is a former member of Ford Motor Companies
National Dealer Council.
Kehoe
is active in his community, including the YMCA, Boy Scouts,
4H youth programs, Special Olympics, American Cancer Society,
Salvation Army, American Red Cross, the Marine Corps League,
and many other charitable groups in and around central Missouri.
Kehoe
was awarded the U.S. Small Business Young Entrepreneur of
the Year award in 1991, was inducted into the Automotive
Hall of Fame in 1996, was a national finalist for Time Magazine
Dealer of the Year in 1999, and received the Heart of a
Hero award from the American Red Cross in 2005. Kehoe
and his wife Claudia have four children.
