Route E In Mercer
County Opened to Traffic
MACON - The Missouri Department
of Transportation announced today that Route E 1.36 miles east
of Route 65 in Princeton opened this morning after being closed
since early November for bridge repairs to the bridge over Muddy
Creek.
"We appreciate the patience
of area residents and the traveling public while these essential
repairs were made," said Operations Engineer John Bales.
Motorists are encouraged
to drive carefully when traveling through the area.
