MoDOT Works To Improve Area
Roads Sept. 2-6
ST. LOUIS - The Missouri
Department of Transportation has scheduled the following work
scheduled for the evening of Friday, Sept. 2 through Tuesday,
Sept. 6, weather permitting. Due to the Labor Day holiday, all
construction contractors and MoDOT maintenance crews ended active
work at noon on Friday. Work will not resume until approximately
9 a.m. on Tuesday. The District Office is closed on Monday, Sept.
5. The next report will be sent on Tuesday afternoon.
St. Louis City
I-70:
From 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly Tuesday
through Friday one lane on eastbound and westbound I-70 from Adelaide
Ave. to St. Louis Ave. will be closed for construction work.
I-64:
From 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily
Tuesday through Friday various lanes on eastbound I-64 from 14th
St. to Fourth St. will be closed for construction work. This work
is also scheduled from 7:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly Tuesday through
Thursday.
From 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily Tuesday through Friday various lanes
on westbound I-64 from Second St. to Eighth St. will be closed
for construction work. This work is also scheduled from 7:30 p.m.
to 6 a.m. nightly Tuesday through Thursday.
From 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday the last Missouri exit on
eastbound I-64 will be closed for construction work.
From 7:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. the following day nightly/daily Tuesday
through Thursday the last Missouri exit on eastbound I-64 will
be closed for construction work.
St. Louis County
I-170:
From 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily Tuesday
through Saturday the right lane on northbound I-170 from I-64/Rte.
40 to Hoover Ave. will be closed for permit work on the bridge.
Rte. 340 (Olive Blvd.):
From 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly Tuesday
through Friday one lane on eastbound and westbound Rte. 340 from
New Ballas Rd. to Rte. 67 (Lindbergh Blvd.) will be closed for
striping work.
Rte. 100 (Manchester Rd.):
From 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily Tuesday
through Friday the right lane on eastbound Rte. 100 at Westglen
Dr. will be closed for permit construction.
Rte. 50 (Lindbergh Blvd.):
From 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. nightly Tuesday
through Saturday one lane on northbound Rte. 50 from Starling
Airport Rd. to Big Bend Blvd. will be closed for resurfacing work.
From 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. nightly Tuesday through Saturday one lane
on southbound Rte. 50 from Big Bend Blvd. to Rte. 21 (Tesson Ferry
Rd.) will be closed for resurfacing work.
Rte. AC (Halls Ferry Rd.):
From 4 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday the
right lane on northbound Rte. AC from Vaile Rd. to New Halls Ferry
Rd. will be closed for pavement repair work.
From 4 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily Tuesday through Friday the left lane
on northbound and southbound Rte. AC from Vaile Rd. to New Halls
Ferry Rd. will be closed for pavement repair work.
St. Charles County
I-70:
From 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily Tuesday
through Friday the left lane will be closed on westbound I-70
from the Fairgrounds overpass to just west of Rte. 94 for bridge
construction work.
Rte. Y:
From 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily Tuesday
and Wednesday one lane on eastbound Rte. Y from six miles east
of Rte. 79 to Rte. 79 will be closed for resurfacing work.
Jefferson County
I-55:
From 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily Tuesday
through Sunday the right lane on northbound I-55 at Imperial Main
St. will be closed for permit work.
Rte. 21:
From 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily Tuesday
through Saturday one lane on northbound and southbound Rte. 21
from Old Rte. 21 to Rte. 141 will be closed for striping work.
Franklin County
I-44:
From 7 p.m. to 8 a.m.
nightly Tuesday through Thursday the left lane on westbound I-44
from Rte. OO to one mile west of the I-44 Business Loop will be
closed for construction work.
From 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly Tuesday through Thursday various
lanes on I-44 from east of Rte. 100 to the St. Louis County line
will be closed for construction work.
