preliminary plans will be on display at the Troy
Area Engineer office, 111 Francis Drive, Troy (about
6 miles north of Troy) and at the Northeast District
Office in Hannibal. If you have specific questions

General Description
of Preliminary Plans
The interchange will be
built at Rt. C and Rt. 61 in Moscow Mills, Missouri
with the new Route C extending west to Elm Tree Road. A
new outer road will be built from the intersection
of Route C and Gracie Lane to the existing outer
road in front of the Missouri Baptist College. The
outer roadway will be completed in front of Thornhill
Real Estate and the church to run continuously from
Route C to Buenemann. A city street extension
will also be built off Gracie Lane to service the
properties fronting Route C on the south, west of
Gracie Lane. |
