- Question: I cannot find the contract provisions that are supposed to be noted on the Organizational Results website as referenced on Page 7 of RFP RI07-035, Section (3): Agreement Requirements. Where can I find these provisions?
Answer: The RFP document incorrectly indicates that the contract provisions can be found on the website. The website does not contain this information. The contract provisions being referenced are actually found in RFP RI07-035, Section (3): Agreement Requirements. October 23, 2007.

- Question: Please be more specific regarding the scope of the economic feasibility portion of this project?
Answer: The scope of the private sector break even analysis should focus on the identified strategies, technologies and logistics of the low flow options and not on specific markets. The portion of the research should identify the circumstances and costs where the identified low flow techniques become competitive with normal techniques and other modes.
