Description: The study addresses safety and efficiency problems along Route 74 between Blomeyer and Cape Girardeau. A recommendation is being made for a four-lane divided roadway along Route 74 and an improvement to the I-55 and Route 74 south interchange.
Status: The study was completed in 1999.
Timeframe: It is anticipated that improvements would not begin for at least five years.
Estimated Cost: $61 million.
